An installation system for a pellet stove foresees:
- air intake in order to provide adequate air circulation inside the location;
- chimney flue needed to link up the tubes for smoke discharge.;
- T connection and condensate drain plug: indispensable to collect the soot and condense that is generated by combustion.
It is important to remind that:
- the chimney flue at the external side must be in insulated inoxidizable steel to avoid the creation of condense and to facilitate the smoke discharge.

How does a pellet stove works?
The pellet stove automatically regulate its functioning through an electronic center, which works based on the desired ambient temperature and power requested.
The electronic center its able to regulate:
- pellet frequency loading;
- speed and quantity of air emission in the chamber combustion;
- fan speed for smoke discharge.
Functioning phases
- Pellet loading: the pellet loading occurs putting it into the proper tank. Through the coclea (screw without end), the pellet will be automatically introduced into the brazier.
- Ignition: occurs through an electric resistance located behind the brazier. It fast heats the air that will burn the pellet.
- Combustion: the combustion occurs in three phases assuring that no pellet remains unburned therefore having a high performance. The heat is transmitted to the heat exchanger (air ignition pipes) which through will be distributed to the environment
- Smoke discharge: the smoke is carried out through proper discharger by a motor the facilitates discharge to the external.
What pellet is?
Pellet is a solid biomass composed of wood shavings pressed in cylinders of 6-8 mm of diameter. The pressing occurs without utilizing additives once the lignin itself, present in the internal of the wood, act as a natural glue. Therefore the pellet is an ecologic product which doesn’t provoke polluting emissions during combustion.
